“Fight Gone Bad”

Spend one minute at each exercise with no rest between exercises.  Take a one minute break between rounds and use a running clock.   Add all of your reps together for a total number.

Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (M 75lb/ W 55lb)
Box Jump (24in)
Push Press (M 775lb/ W 55lb)
