I am new to this site and I am confused on the explanation of the OLY WOD..
so for todays, it would consist of
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Power Clean @ 50% for 3-3-3??? Then @ 55% for 2-2-2???
Then Clean + Hang Clean + Clean @ 60-80% for 1-1-1-1 or 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1????

Sorry to get back to you so late. You want to do the combo so PC+HPC+PC. 1 to 2 sets of 3 reps of each exercise keep your hands on the bar. Then 2 to 3 sets of 2 reps of each exercise. Then repeat for the next exercise. I write set x rep/weight or %. Also if I write Exercise+Exercise that means I want a combo and Barski style. So keep your hands on the bar. I hope that helped.
