Max, I am trying to get a better understanding of your programming, and how your lifters coordinate Crossfit and O-lifting. As I understand it some do Crossfit, some do O-Lifts, and some do both. I’ve observed that you’re not following the 3 on 1 off with Crossfit. There are also some days that are either O-Lift or Crossfit but not both. There are some days with 2 O lifts WODS and some with only 1. If we are doing Crossfit do we do both O-lift WODS? If not should we focus on the 1st or 2nd or alternate, or something else? Overall I really like your programming. It seems like your Crossfit WODS are a bit more challenging and strength oriented thant the main WODS. For your O lifting WODS how are you different than Mike’s Gym and Catalyst Athletics?

Mike sorry to get back to you so late. This post got by me. Great questions. My Oly-Lifters do the 1 or 2 Oly WOD’s and rest the other days. If they want to do a CF WOD it must be only 10 to 15min long. My CrossFiters do it a little different. In a week they go 3on 1off 2on 1off or 4on 1off 1on 1off. My beginners just do the CF WOD and the CF Extreme group do the 1st Oly WOD then do the CF WOD. I would like all my athletes to rest 2 days a week. this is do to the amount of work and the 2 to 3 a day WO’s. Thanks and again sorry to get back to you so late.
