9 x on the minute of:
5 Thrusters (W=95lb / M=135lb)
If the 5 thrusters are not completed within the minute, a 7 burpee penalty is added.  Burpees are done at the end of the workout.

1 minute rest

5 x on the minute of:
9 Pull-ups
If the 9 pull-ups are not completed within the minute, a 7 burpee penalty is added.  Burpees are done at the end of the workout.

    Coach, I knew you would be out of town based on your choices for this weekend’s workouts. Holy smokes, fortunately there are two NFL games on today because I can’t move.
