“Balboa Gone Bad”

Complete 1 minute at each of the 5 stations, for a consecutive 5 minutes.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  Complete 3 rounds.  Score is total amount of reps.

Clean (M=95lb/ W=65lb)
Push Jerk (M=95lb / W=65lb)
Ball Slam (M=40lb / W=20lb)
Pull-up
Double Under

    Yesterdays WOD: 4×6 @115 (yes the doc’s shoulders are weak)
    KB+Burbee: 6:38 ( rx’d of course)
    Nice WOD again !!!!
