    It is an ab exercise. Use a barbell that rolls easily. Place the barbell on the ground and your hands in a wide grip. Roll from a pushup position to an almost flat position, arms extended out in front as far as possible. And roll back to under shoulders in the starting pushup position. Keep your body in a plank and do not shoot your butt back when you come up.
