First time in 2 weeks that we ate a big portion of protein. Mmmmmm protein!!!

When I was a kid I owned a mynah bird just like this. I called him Indian. He was bilingual. He spoke English and Spanish. Indian was so smart. He started hissing at us one day and we realized that he was telling us that a cat was trying to eat him. So then we got a girl do and I called her spike. Indian and Spike were my childhood pets. What a memory. I miss those two!

Long day of partying with the US Team. We crushed him! He Back Squated 185kg, Snatch 90kg for 2, and Clean & Jerked 120kg this week. He is a 15 year old 56kg weightlifter, Champion!!!
