    Muscle Snatch: 3×1 @ 80
    Snatch+Over Head Squat: 5×1+1 @ 87
    Power Clean + Hang Clean 3×1+1 @ 115 (didn’t have chalk with me)
    Push Jerk + Jerk: 3 @ 100
    Seated Good Morning: 3×10 @ 80
