AQAP 60 Bar-facing burpees
Rest 3:1 (Rest to Work Ratio)
AQAP 120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
Rest 3:1 (Rest to Work Ratio)
AQAP 10 Muscle-ups
*Keep THR Between 70-75% of THR. 75-80% is ok just do not stay in it for to long. Also see if you can bring it down when do your reps.
