Bent Over Row 8/45% 6/55% 5/65% 4/70% 3/75% 2×3/85% (Rest 1 to 2min between 45-80% & 2-3min @ 85% )

    DL 8/135, 6/165, 5/200, 4/235, 2/275, 2/290, 2/310, f/225 did 8
    Rest was rx weight was 10% less than prescribed
    BoR 8/65, 6/80, 5/95, 4/100, 3/110, 2×3/120 rest rx
