    Pullups were brutal, took 9 min, no grip after yesterday

    Sprints: 27-29 sec ea, distance may not have been exact

    stopped after three because of some ragin’ cramps.

    When i checked the website early in the morning for some reason I didn’t see the sprints. DAMN IT!!!
