		<description>Gran programación Max !! Recien comenzada ayer porque aún no tenia decidido si iba participar en el Open al haber tenido una lesión por una fractura de dos dedos hace unos meses y por la cual estuve mucho tiempo parado (casi 3 meses )el fin de semana tuve una terapia de masaje para quitarme dos contarcturas que me afectaban a la escapula y al deltoides ... noté una pérdida de fuerza momentanea sobre todo con el entrenamiento de ayer debido a la manipulación muscular en el masaje ... hoy he visto los thrusters y burpees y he pensado ... oh no !! hombros en fuego ... nadie dijo que iba ser fácil bro ..
