MaxFit USA Programming

On MaxFit USA we post 1 to 4 daily WODs. We have an Olympic WeightLifting, and CrossFit Games, PowerLifting, and a Random Sport Specific program.

Our Oly WODs are for our Olympic Lifters getting ready to compete in Olympic Weightlifting, or Athletes and CrossFiters focusing on the Oly Lifts. We post 1 to 3 work outs a day. The Olympic Lifter does all the Oly WOs posted. Mostly our WO schedule is mostly 4 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off, 3on 1 off, or 2 on 1 off.

Our CFG WODs are to get our high level CrossFiters ready for the Games and to get our Athletes ready for any competition. WO schedule 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

Our PL WODs are for our Power Lifters getting ready to compete in Power Lifting, or Athletes and CrossFiters focusing on the Power Lifts. We post 1 to 2 work outs a day. The Power Lifter does all the PL WOs posted. Mostly our WO schedule is 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off.

Our Sport Specific WODs are for random spots. Power and Strength Based. They are great for an all around level of fitness. Work Out(WO) schedule dependins on in-session or off-session.

    I am having problems trying to do the Bench exercise. It produces problems with my muscle fibers the following day. Any recommendations? Ty beforehand and superb post.
