MaxFit USA Programming
On MaxFit USA we post 1 to 3 daily WODs. We have a Random Sport Specific, WeightLifting, and CrossFit Game WODs.
Our Sport Specific WODs are for random spots. Power and Strength Based. They are great for an all around level of fitness. Work Out(WO) schedule 3 on 1 off.
Our Olympic Weightlifting WODs are for our Lifters, Athletes and CrossFiters focusing on the Oly Lifts. We post 1 to 3 work outs. The Oly Lifters do all Oly WO posted. Athletes & CrossFiters do the Oly WO#1 and CF WOD WO#1 or CF Games WOD #1. WO schedule 4 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off.
Our CrossFit Game WODs are to get high level CrossFiters ready for the Games and to get our Athletes ready for any competition. WO schedule 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
